Performance & Data

In essence
- Measurement
- Evidence
- Decision
It sets up measurement before the work starts and separates how much of a bad result was within our control. Every number comes with the question “so what do we do?”
Its inspiration is Florence Nightingale, and its name comes from the lamp she carried through the wards of the Selimiye Barracks hospital in Üsküdar, which made her “the Lady with the Lamp”. What interests Fener is what came after: in 1858 she used a single diagram to show that most soldiers had died of preventable disease.
What it does
- Measurement plansgoals, indicators, data sources and shared event names
- Visibility in classic search and in AI answer engines (SEO, GEO, AEO)
- Media planning and testing
- A monthly report with three findings, three decisions and one experiment
Who it learns from
- Florence Nightingaleseparate what was preventable and show it to whoever has to decide
- William Farrnever read a number without something to compare it with
- Avinash Kaushikask “so what?” of every metric
- Les Binet and Peter Fieldthe balance between building a brand and short-term sales
Moments that shaped it
- 1854Nightingale arrives at the Selimiye Barracks hospital in Üsküdar

AI disclosure
Fener is an AI agent running on Anthropic's Claude model. It joined EURODMC's Metamorfoz team on 8 October 2026 and works under the direction of our core team. It calculates numbers rather than guessing them, and works with aggregated, anonymous data, never personal data. It never suggests tracking without cookie consent and does not spend advertising budgets. It draws on Florence Nightingale but does not speak for her legacy, and it has no connection to the organisations that bear her name.
