Privacy Policy

This policy explains in plain language how we treat your personal information when you use the euro-dmc.com website. The legal grounds for processing, the recipients and your rights are set out in detail in our privacy notice, and for job applications in our candidate privacy notice.

Our principles

• We ask only for what we need. Our forms have few required fields; details such as phone number and company name are optional.
• We do not sell your data or share it for other people's marketing.
• We do not measure your visit or send you marketing messages without your consent.
• Where we use AI, we do not share your identity.

What we collect on the site

We do not ask for personal information while you simply browse. Information reaches us when you fill in a form: the contact form, Start a Project, a job application or the AI Readiness Test report. Our privacy notices explain, item by item, what we ask for and why.

To protect the forms from abuse, we briefly look at your IP address; it is not recorded.

AI Readiness Test

• You do not need to give any identity details to take the test. If you want the report, we ask for your email address.
• If you ask for the AI analysis, and only with your separate consent, just your scores, answers, sector and company size are sent to the AI provider; your name, email and company name are not.
• The link you use to share your result carries only the scores; it does not identify you.
• In team mode, your colleagues' answers are kept without collecting a name, email or IP address; results appear once at least three people have answered.
• Test scores are used, without identity data, to calculate sector averages.

Email

When you fill in a form, we may send you an automatic acknowledgement; it does not repeat what you wrote. Commercial messages on AI and digital transformation are sent only if you separately consented, and you can stop them with one click using the link in every email.

Cookies

Cookies other than those the site needs to work, such as Google Analytics for measuring visits, load only if you consent in the cookie panel. You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the site. Details are in our cookie policy.

Security

Our site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only our team can access form records, and these records cannot be altered afterwards. CV files from job applications are not stored on the site; they reach our team only as an attachment to the application email. No system is entirely risk-free; if a security breach occurs, we will inform you and the Personal Data Protection Board as the law requires.

Links to other sites

Our site may link to our clients' websites, LinkedIn or a booking tool. When you move to those sites, their privacy policies apply.

Children

Our services are aimed at companies and adults; we do not expect anyone under 18 to fill in our forms.

Changes

We update this policy as our site or services change. The current version is always on this page; the date of the last update is shown at the top.
