Privacy Notice
Last updated: 5 October 2026
Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by EURODMC as data controller, as described below. This notice covers people who visit our website, fill in our forms or use the AI Readiness Test. Job applications are covered by our candidate privacy notice, and cookies by our cookie policy.
Data controller
EURODMC Dijital Marka Çözümleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi. Address: Şişli, Istanbul. MERSIS: 0381043543600018. Email: iletisim@euro-dmc.com.
What we process
- Identity and contact: name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional).
- Request details: your message; on the Start a Project form, your needs, sector, budget range and timeline.
- AI Readiness Test: your answers, scores, sector and company size; if you choose, the AI analysis shown on screen and your meeting request.
- Consent records: the date and time the form was submitted, the notice you agreed to, the page and language of the form; if you consented to commercial messages, the times of consent and opt-out.
- Security: your IP address is held briefly in server memory only to prevent abuse (spam, excessive requests); it is not recorded.
- Cookie data: only with your consent, as described in our cookie policy.
In team mode, your colleagues' answers are kept only as role and score, without collecting a name, email or IP address.
Why we process it
- To respond to your request, prepare a proposal and stay in touch with you.
- To prepare your AI Readiness Test report and email it to you; if you wish, to arrange a meeting with an expert.
- To prioritise incoming requests: each request receives an automatic priority score based on the information you give. The score only sets the order in which our team replies; it does not lead to any decision about you.
- To calculate sector averages: test scores are combined without identity data.
- If you consented, to send you commercial electronic messages on AI and digital transformation.
- To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and meet our legal obligations.
Legal grounds and method of collection
Your data is collected electronically through the forms on our website, as you submit it. Processing relies on these legal grounds:
- Being directly related to the establishment of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c): your contact and project requests, the proposal process, preparing your test report.
- Our legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f): prioritising requests, sector averages, site security.
- Legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç) and the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (Art. 5/2-e): keeping consent records.
- Your explicit consent (Art. 5/1): commercial electronic messages, transfer abroad for AI analysis, and analytics cookies. You can withdraw your explicit consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their marketing. To run the service, only what is needed is shared with these providers:
- Vercel Inc. (USA): website hosting and server logs.
- Sanity AS (Norway; servers abroad): storing form submissions.
- Resend (Plus Five Five Inc., USA): sending notification, auto-reply and report emails.
- Natro (Türkiye): hosting our company mail servers; request notifications reach our team's mailboxes on these servers.
- Anthropic PBC (USA): only if you separately consent in the AI Readiness Test, to generate the AI analysis. Only your scores, answers, sector and company size are sent; your name, email and company name are not.
- Google LLC (USA): only if you accept analytics cookies, to measure visits.
- Slack Technologies (USA): sending internal notifications to our team; these notifications contain no email address or phone number.
As the servers of the providers other than Natro are located abroad, your data is transferred abroad under KVKK Art. 9. Data is shared with competent public authorities only where required by law.
How long we keep it
- Contact and project requests: 3 years after the request is closed; requests that turn into a contract, for the periods set by commercial law.
- AI Readiness Test records: 3 years.
- Consent and opt-out records for commercial messages: 3 years after the consent ceases to be valid.
- Scores and team-mode answers without identity data: indefinitely, for sector averages.
When the period ends, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Art. 7 and notification of these actions to the third parties it was transferred to; to object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
You can stop receiving commercial messages at any time with one click, using the link in every email.
