Why we process it
- To assess your application and suitability, and to run the hiring process.

Legal grounds and method of collection
Your data is collected through the careers form on our website, email, phone, and in-person or online interviews, as you provide it. Processing relies on these legal grounds:
- Being directly related to the establishment of a contract, namely a possible employment contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c): assessing your application, the interviews and the practical task.

Your application is seen only by the team members involved in hiring; we do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their marketing. These providers are used in the process:
- Vercel Inc. (USA): hosting the site and the form.
- Resend (Plus Five Five Inc., USA): delivering your application and CV to our team by notification email.
- Sanity AS (Norway; servers abroad): storing the application record. Your CV file is not stored there; only the file name is kept.

When the period ends, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. You can ask at any time for your application to be deleted before this period ends.
