SaaS Projects

We turn your industry know-how or internal tools into secure, scalable web platforms you can offer to customers and partners by subscription, from idea to first release and beyond.

Let's start together

The problem it solves

Some companies hold industry-specific knowledge or an internal tool they use daily; shaped well, it can become a product offered to customers or partners by subscription. The challenge is turning it into a secure, scalable platform people open every day.

Our approach

We first clarify whose work the product makes easier and why users would pay, then define the smallest usable version: few features, clear value. We design the interface in the brand's language and build accounts, roles, payments, reporting, data separation and permissions solidly from the first release, so the product can serve many companies at once.

We use AI to speed up development and inside the product wherever it genuinely helps (smart search, summarising, recommendations).

First step

A discovery workshop maps out the target user, core use cases and revenue model. A clickable prototype goes to real users, and their feedback settles the first release's scope. After launch we grow the product together, guided by usage data.

What we deliver

  • Product strategy, user scenarios and first-release scope
  • A clickable prototype and interface design
  • A multi-user, role-based web platform
  • Accounts, payments and an admin panel
  • A privacy-compliant data structure, backups and monitoring
  • Post-launch maintenance and a release plan

Frequently asked questions

How do we know whether our idea can become a SaaS product?
The discovery workshop answers three questions: whose problem is it, how often does it occur, and would that person pay to solve it? Then we show the prototype to a few real users, so you have concrete feedback before development begins.
Who owns the product's source code and data?
You do. We set up the contract and infrastructure so that source code, design files and user data belong to your company. If you wish, we also prepare documentation so the product can later be handed over to your own team.
Do you keep developing the product after launch?
Yes, a SaaS product is not finished on launch day. We build a release plan from usage data and user feedback, and handle maintenance and new features together with you at regular intervals.
