Moving to AI doesn't happen in one go. We move in four stages; we review the outcome of each together and decide the next one from there.
Discovery
We look together at how your company works today: your data, the tools you use and your team. We ask for time with the people who know your processes and an honest picture of where things stand. At the end you have a written breakdown of the work where AI will genuinely help and of what stands in the way.
Roadmap
We prioritise what discovery uncovered, choose a small number of the right tools and define what success means for each use case. Data rules are agreed with your legal and IT teams. From you, we need decisions on priorities. At the end you have a step-by-step plan covering priorities, budget, risks and success criteria.
Pilot
We put the first use case from the roadmap into practice in a single process, with a limited scope. From you, we need a small team to own the pilot and the chance to test it in real work. We assess the result against the criteria set at the start. At the end you have a working example that shows, with your own data, whether it is worth scaling.
Scaling and Team Transformation
We roll out what works across the company and add new use cases the same way. We provide training and guidance so your team can work with the tools on their own. From you, we ask that the new way of working becomes part of the daily job. At the end you have a setup your own team runs, that is measured, and that we keep improving together.
